A 78 year-old granny went from being so obese stairs left her out of breath to a powerlifting champion who can squat 413 pounds (178kg.), writes Jimmy McCloskey for  Metro.

Nora Langdon decided to transform her life after her weight hit 210 pounds and she struggled to walk up the stairs of her Detroit home.

The retired real estate agent, a grandmother of one, began by practicing with a broom instead of a barbell – then hired personal trainer Art Little to help her learn the ropes.
